Use of computers or mobile devices for hours each day often leads to wrist tightness. This can case carpal tunnel pain or difficulties with weight bearing on the wrists. Gymnasts and barbell athletes in particular could benefit from the resets in this series.
This is a great way to break up prolonged computer use or writing. On all fours or standing with your palm on a desk lean over your wrist and move your body weight so your elbow goes over your fingertips. Repeat 10 times hourly or
Since we spend a lot of the day writing or typing with palms down, our forearms can lose supination, or palm up mobility. The reset in the video can be performed 10 times hourly along with the repeated wrist extension to regain the loss and prevent it from happening again.
